Well, I think everything is settled with Snapfish.
I never received a reply to the email that I sent them, so I called them this morning. It turns out that the company that they use to make the calendars had an equipment failure and the orders got backed up. The customer service lady said that, because my order was placed such a long time ago, that it will be considered a high priority. She assured me that I would get my order by Christmas. They are apparently expediting shipping and they gave me a 25% discount/refund.
So, if you placed an order with them and haven’t received it yet, this is what is going on. From what I understand, the 25% discount is going to anyone who has an order on this backed up list. You may need to call them about it.
Now, a head-scratcher… Snapfish is an HP company, right. HP makes printers, right. Why couldn’t HP just temporaily roll in some new equipment? Why are they even using another company to make these calendars? That would be like Microsoft saying “I’m sorry your document was lost, our Linux server went down last night.” :1roll::2lmao:
In other news, I got an email from “PayPal” today. Here is what it said:

Only, when I clicked the link, it went to a site that was not PayPal, but was made to look like PayPal. (No, I didn’t enter any information.) I’ve already reported it to PayPal’s spam/fraud department.
So, the point of my bringing this up is to remind you to be on your guard. If you get an email like this, make sure that it is actually from the people it says it’s from before you enter any information. I’m sure if I had entered any information on that site, I would be crying my eyeballs out in the next few weeks.
